Established in 1987, and located just 20 minutes southwest of Tampa, Horse 'N Tack Magazine is owned and operated by Michael Holmes. Mike has been in the advertising industry since 1978, and has been publisher of three previous publications in both Oklahoma and Florida. Owner of Holmes Quarter Horse Farm in Lithia, Florida, he has been involved in the production of four training videos with world champion Jack Henning (over 100 world championships). Mike hosted the weekly TV show, "Horse Talk" for two years in the early 1990s.

When Horse 'N Tack is mentioned to most other horse enthusiasts in Florida, we're often referred to as the Bible of the Horse Industry. We're the largest horse publication in Florida, districuting 16,000 copies each month throughout the state of Florida, with subscriptions reaching into many other states as well as Canada and parts of Europe, including Germany.
